The agritourism extends over a total area of five hectares, featuring a large park, a green area with a pool, and agricultural land, including four greenhouses.

Accommodation:

  • Rooms: Seven rooms available, one equipped for disabled guests, each with a private bathroom. Two rooms can accommodate additional beds for families or groups. Pets are allowed in the rooms.
  • Facilities: Includes four greenhouses (one heated) for vegetable production, and additional land for fruit tree cultivation.

Tours and Activities:

  • Tours: Visitors can tour the greenhouses and cultivated land with the agricultural entrepreneur.
  • Events: A room equipped for about 30 people is available for businesses or private groups interested in training courses using the agritourism services.
  • Wellness Center: Offers various treatments by highly qualified personnel, including sauna, hydromassage shower, Turkish bath, stress-relief massage, customized effective massage, stress-relief water massage (summer only), and a hydromassage for 4 people (summer only).

Dining:

  • Restaurant: Accommodates 45 guests across two adjacent rooms, with a small private dining room for 6-8 people on the upper floor.

Outdoor Space:

  • Park: A 14,000 sqm fully wooded park with diverse tree species, perfect for walking, jogging, and outdoor activities. The park includes a playground for children and a “kennel” for the three dogs (two Labradors and a Golden Retriever).
  • Children’s Activities: A qualified educator is available upon request for structured games and educational workshops.

  • Sports: Minigolf, horseback riding, mountain biking, and various lake activities at Lago di Viverone, including canoeing, water skiing, and sailing.
