9.30 am Visit to the Nossi Raiss anthropological museum in San Giorgio Canavese.

Giorgio Canavese (hence the name “our roots”) with working tools, reconstructions of rooms and clothing of the time. It is an imposing collection of documents of material culture, among which stand 2 original specimens of the nineteenth-century shorthand phonograph of Antonio Michela, still used today, in an updated version, in the Italian parliament .
11.30 am guided tour of the vineyards, visit the splendid wine cellar and the passitaia of Tenuta Roletto in Cuceglio www.tenutaroletto.it/ with demonstration of the work. Buffet lunch with Canavese products and Tenuta Roletto wines

Transfer by bus to Salumificio Nadia Caluso, where you can visit the production workshop of the typical Canavese salami and take part in a guided tasting of Canavese products (salami, cheeses, compotes and jams, honey, sweets, etc.)
