Ristorante Gardenia (1 Michelin star)

In a beautiful 19th-century house in the medieval village of Caluso, in the Canavese region, you will find the Ristorante Gardenia (1 Michelin star). Welcoming rooms and elegant furnishings, place settings with silverware, linen tablecloths, and fresh flowers frame a great cuisine. Besides the indoor rooms, the restaurant has a cool outdoor terrace, a charming garden, and a magnificent vegetable garden. You will be welcomed by chef Mariangela Susigan, who vigorously and personally expresses the local cuisine with original and refined creative flair.

In the spring, the chef gathers wild herbs in Valchiusella and the Anfiteatro Morenico. A sustainable cuisine that uses vegetables from its own garden while remaining attentive to local traditions and products.

For these reasons, the Ristorante Gardenia received the Green Star for sustainability from the Michelin Guide in 2021.
