The hotel was born from the careful renovation of a typical Canavese farmhouse from the late 1700s and offers an intimate and cozy atmosphere. The architectural style of the farmhouse has been preserved: exposed brick arches, a flower-filled inner courtyard, and wrought-iron balconies create a warm and romantic setting.

A bright veranda and two welcoming rooms (the old stable and the farmhouse’s cellar) can be used as a reading room, for breakfast, or for lunch and dinner at our renowned restaurant, which boasts an exclusive wine cellar filled with rare gems.

A flowered garden leads to the 11 spacious hotel rooms, adorned with antique furnishings, exposed brick arches, a working fireplace, and a terrace or balcony overlooking the garden.

The roots of our cuisine are deeply embedded in Piedmontese tradition. The classics and the exquisite local ingredients are always highlighted and carefully presented, sometimes lightened, reinterpreted, and revisited.
