We produce dairy products made from cow’s milk: Fresh products: ice cream, ice cream cakes, yogurt, puddings, semifreddo.

Cheeses: Civrin (semi-aged, part of the “prodotti del Paniere”); fresh toma from Trausella, cagliatella, ricotta, aged tome.
