The hotel’s structure is earthquake-resistant and entirely made of wood, a sustainable material with a positive ecological balance. A mineral fiber thermal coat ensures insulation, and the solar and photovoltaic panel system, aligned with the sun’s rotation, produces thermal and electric energy. LED lighting minimizes energy waste.
