The company La Stella Alpina srl has been cultivating genepy since 2014, initially in Ceresole Reale in the Chiapili Inferiore area (1650 meters above sea level), producing “Tre Levanne,” and then, the following year, in Campiglia Soana in the Aphefi area (1380 meters above sea level), producing “Tchampiy,” for which we received the Gran Paradiso National Park quality label in 2017. We later added other liqueurs using herbs and fruits we collected in the Soana Valley.
