The farmhouse covers a total area of five hectares, characterized by a large wooded park, a green area with a swimming pool, and an area devoted to agricultural activity including a large arable land and four greenhouses.

For guests who use the overnight service, the farmhouse provides seven rooms, one of which is also equipped to accommodate the disabled, each with a bathroom; in addition, in two rooms it is possible to add one or two beds to accommodate groups and/or family units.

Pets are allowed in the room.

For vegetable production, the farm has four greenhouses, one of which is heated, and a cultivated field. Outside the complex, several lands are also being used for the cultivation of fruit trees.

It is possible to visit the greenhouses and cultivated land accompanied by the farmer.

A room equipped for about 30 seats is available for companies or individuals who would like to undertake training courses while taking advantage of the services offered by the farm.

The Wellness Center offers differentiated treatments with highly qualified staff: such as Sauna and shower with whirlpool and steam room, Stress-relieving massage, Maximum-effective personalized massage, Water stress-relieving massage (summer periods only), 4-person whirlpool (summer periods only)

The restaurant can accommodate 45 covers, distributed in two adjacent rooms; there is also a small reserved room with 6/8 covers on the upper floor of the restaurant.

The vast park adjacent to the complex, which is accessible to guests, is ideal for those who want to walk, run, and exercise outdoors.

The park covers an area of 14,000 square meters entirely planted with trees of different species, including pines, cedars, sycamores, limes, willows and some fruit trees.

Inside the park is also the “kennel” of our three dogs (two labradors and a golden retriever)

There is an equipped play space for the children of our guests. A qualified educator is also available upon request to conduct structured games and play workshops.

Nearby you can enjoy miniature golf, horseback riding, mountain biking and all the activities on Lake Viverone: canoeing, water skiing, sailing, etc.

In addition to hospitality and restaurant, the farm offers adventure and sensory space, carriage rides, educational workshops and nature walks.
