- The company La Stella Alpina srl has been growing genepy since 2014, initially in Ceresole Reale at Chiapili Inferiore (1650 meters above sea level) producing “Tre Levanne” and then, the following year, in Campiglia Soana at Aphefi (1380 meters above sea level) producing “Tchampiy” for which, in 2017, we obtained the Gran Paradiso National Park quality seal.
We then added other liqueurs using herbs and fruits we collected in the Soana Valley
