The Star Lakes food and wine excursion will introduce us to the Ivrea Lakes Site of Community Importance (accompanied by a sommelier/hiking environmental guide), a protected area surrounded by green oak and chestnut forests and the reflection of the mountains from the lakes. Hills between 300 and 400 meters from which you can see all the majesty of the morainic amphitheater, from the Serra, to the Castle of San Giuseppe to that of Masino.

This will be followed by a tasting of the great Canavese mosaic, 9 wines from all 3 appellations, from metodo classico to passito, from Erbaluce to Carema. All accompanied by the gastronomic research of the Gardenia restaurant, a Michelin green star.

We will also be hosted by Azienda Agricola Terre Sparse, which will open the doors of its winery in the mountain that breathes, the Balmetti di Borgofranco d’Ivrea.
