The “Slow tour Canavese” food and wine excursion will begin with a light trek in the moraine hills of the Calusian area on the Royal Road of Turin Wines accompanied by an Environmental Hiking Guide; arbors and moraine amphitheater of Ivrea will be the perfect skyline to discover the great success of one of Europe’s oldest dessert wines.

Trail of cured meats and cheeses produced and narrated by those who make social farming a way of life.

The lunch will be held in the courtyard of a historic Caluso winery, tasting its wines and pairing them with the gastronomic products of an innovative Canavese company, which will tell, in addition to their cheeses and cured meats for tasting, why they chose social agriculture.
All accompanied by wines from a historic Calusian winery in Zalto glasses.

The afternoon will continue in the wake of the bees. We will delve into the fascinating world of an organic honey farm; the birth of honey, the importance of bees in the ecosystem will be explained by the young people who developed this experimental hub. To end the day with the sweetest of greetings, we will taste these nectars in a guided tasting moving from one flower to another.
