The idea of opening my own restaurant took shape during one of my many “cibovagando” trips around the world. Driven by passion, I travel, taste, enter distant cuisines exchanging traditional recipes and thus enriching my gastronomic vocabulary and savoir faire.

I have always traveled as much as possible, and of every place I visit I remember the flavors more easily than the places. I am convinced that a people can be known a lot through the food they eat.

Each of my dishes is an encounter, a new discovery: there are no ways to go, only squares in which to meet, compare and understand each other.

When you pick up the menu of L’Angelo Restaurant, you are faced with a veritable collection of stories, they are dishes that before being dishes were journeys, discoveries, experiences, smiles, dialogues, encounters.

We are unique and against the mainstream, because in the kitchen the only way to be truly unique is to stand out with your own identity and ‘innovative idea that becomes a taste experience.
