The hotel was created from the careful renovation of a typical Canavese farmhouse from the late 1700s and has an intimate and cozy atmosphere. The architectural style of the farmhouse is preserved: exposed brick vaults, the flower-filled interior patio, and wrought-iron balconies create a warm, romantic atmosphere.
A bright veranda and two cozy rooms (old stable and farmhouse wine cellar), can be used as a reading room, for breakfast or for lunch and dinner at our renowned restaurant with exclusive wine cellar full of rare delicacies.
A flower garden leads to the hotel’s 11 spacious rooms, embellished with period furnishings, exposed brick vaults, working fireplace, terrace or balcony overlooking the garden.
The roots of our cuisine are deeply rooted in the Piedmontese Tradition, The classics and the splendid raw Materials of the Territory are always carefully proposed and enhanced, sometimes lightened, reworked and revisited.
