Trekking among historic wineries that draw the skyline with arbors and terraces.

The Pergoland food and wine excursion will be a journey through the history of Canavese, discovering the two great wineries that have defined the terroir among the moraine hills. In the morning we will visit the terraced vineyards of Carema and the “Cantina dei Produttori di Nebbiolo,” followed by a zero-kilometer light lunch at the “Cantina della Serra” with products from the local gastronomy flanking a tasting in Zalto crystal goblets of 10 wines, traversing the colors of Erbaluce, passing through Carema and native Canavese vines. In the afternoon, visit to the winery and excursion among the arbors on the Via Francigena of the Ivrea Moraine Serra.
