From the afternoon:
Harvest at Erbaluce farm or Canavese DOC wine (Tenuta Roletto or Caretto or Orsolani or Le Masche or Massoglia)
Aperitif with tasting of the farm’s wines.

Transfer by bus to Hotel Erbaluce di Caluso (20 km) and Accommodation in rooms Canavese gourmet dinner at Sardi’s Restaurante at Hotel Erbaluce Caluso.

Overnight stay at hotel Erbaluce di Caluso

DAY 2.

Caluso, Agliè

Breakfast at hotel Erbaluce di Caluso.
Transfer by bus to Savoy residence Castello di Agliè (15 km).
Visit to the Savoy residence Castello di Agliè.
Bus transfer to Enoteca Regionale dei vini della Provincia di Torino in Caluso (15 km) in the cellars of the historic Palazzo Valperga.
Visit of the Regional Wine Shop of the Wines of the Province of Turin…
Buffet lunch with guided tasting of Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG and Carema DOC with Canavese products.
Walk through Caluso (Spurgazzi Park, Purtasse).
Transfer by bus to Salumificio Nadia Caluso, where you will visit the workshop producing typical Canavese cold cuts and participate in a guided tasting of Canavese products (cold cuts, cheeses, compotes and jams, honey, sweets, etc.).
