Among the green moraine hills, a body of water protects biodiversity: this is the Natural Park of Lake Candia.
Included in the list of the most important wetlands in Piedmont, the Park, with its wet woods, marsh and lake, offers refuge to the great biodiversity that is home to more than 200 different species of birds and a wide variety of plant and animal organisms. Nestled in an embrace of moraine hills, this protected area bears witness to the ancient presence of the Balteo glacier, whose power was able to shape the landscape in the past, eroding and extirpating the land as it expanded.

In this protected natural setting we propose, in collaboration with guides from Living the Parks, 5 truly unique experiences.

Boat Excursion (1 hour): Guided tour on the waters of the lake aboard the electric boat. A tour dedicated to discovering the flora, fauna and geological origins of the area and the Nature Park.

Boat Aperitif (1 hour): Aperitif on board the electric boat with Erbaluce di Caluso and local food products.

Cello by boat (1 hour 30): Guided excursion aboard the electric boat accompanied by the notes of Bach’s suites performed, live, by cellist Arianna Abate.

Honey tasting with nature tour aboard the boat (2 hours): Tasting of a selection of 8 honeys aboard the electric boat, in the company of stories from the producer beekeeper and a biologist.

Sunset on the Lake (1 hour 30): Stories and science experiments at dusk aboard the electric boat in the company of a biologist.
