Tour with Environmental Hiking Guide on the terraces of the Via Francigena, stopping among the arbors and wineries of Carema and Settimo Vittone.
Tasting of all Carema producers in Zalto crystal goblets.

We start with a light trek to Settimo Vittone on the Via Francigena, crossing arbors and olive trees and then observing the secret places that heroic viticulture gives us on its terraces. History, climate, soil and vines frame a unique terroir. To give due prominence to the complexity and longevity of the wines of these lands we will go to taste in Zalto glasses all 7 producers present of the historic doc of Carema; paired with tapas of traditional Canavese cuisine where, of course, amber surprises cannot be missed…

In the afternoon we will visit the most picturesque and scenic Caremese slopes and then delve into the wineries of vigneron tasted at lunch.
